Hourly rate is $60. Time is billed by quarter hours.

Turnaround Time
Full Service (Fresh Start/Yearly Service) takes approximately 24-48
hours. Most other services can be completed the same day depending
on workload. Please e-mail or call the number above for an
estimate on turnaround time. Computer service hours are Monday -
Friday from 10am-5pm Arizona Time. Terms
Please note that from time to time we will discover a problem on
your computer not related to the service being performed. If an
issue is discovered, JM Steno will contact you for a resolution.
Unless determined otherwise, JM Steno accepts no responsibility for any
prior damages, either known or unknown to you. JM Steno provides
backups as a convenience only. You are responsible for backing up
your files. JM Steno accepts no responsibility for files/programs
deleted as part of a service. Schedule Service
To schedule service, download a Computer Service Form from at the top of
this page or give us your fax # to have it faxed. Fill out the form
listing at least one phone number. Make sure to sign and date the bottom
of the form as well. If you would like a quote first, please e-mail

are good for 10 days and can be e-mailed or faxed at your request. |
